Privacy Policy
Last updated: 6 August 2026
This site (tsitsejev.com) is a personal blog. It is built to collect as little data about you as possible.
Who is responsible
This site is operated by Maxim Tsitsejev.
What is collected
- Server logs. Like any web server, requests are logged (IP address, time, page, browser type) for security and to keep the site running. These are kept briefly and are not used to profile you.
- Functional cookies. The site stores your language and light/dark preference in your browser. These are strictly necessary for the site to work as you choose and are not used for tracking.
- No third-party trackers. There are no advertising or analytics trackers, no social-media pixels, and no third-party embeds that profile you.
Newsletter and comments
If you subscribe to the newsletter, your email and the time you consented are stored so we can send you new posts; you can unsubscribe at any time. If you leave a comment, your name and the comment are stored. These features use double opt-in and moderation and are only active where shown. There is no contact form on this site.
Legal basis
Server logs: legitimate interest (security). Cookies: your choice and necessity. Newsletter and comments: your consent.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you may withdraw consent at any time. The only data this site keeps about you is a newsletter subscription: the unsubscribe link in every email withdraws that consent immediately and stops all further mail.
Changes
This policy may be updated; the date above reflects the latest version.
